United Bankers receives SFR Platinum Award – Best Challenger category provider for institutional investors

United Bankers performed excellently in the 2025 SFR Institutional Investment Services Programme, achieving the SFR Platinum Award in the Challengers category. United Bankers' long-term work as an asset manager focusing on real assets, in particular, made the company the best service provider in the category based on nine quality criteria.

 

Highest scores in several core criteria

 

In addition to winning the Platinum Award, United Bankers achieved the highest scores in the Challengers series in the following quality criteria:

  • Resources and Stability
  • 2-Month Investment Performance

In terms of return performance, United Bankers achieved the highest scores across all participants in the study. The quality of customer service and the development of ESG scores also continued their positive trend. These recognitions reflect the strong quality and consistent performance of the company’s investment operations over both the short and long term.

SFR Institutional Research is an extensive in-depth interview survey conducted by SFR Research since 2000, in which approximately 100 significant Finnish institutional investors participate annually. SFR awards the most successful institutional asset managers in the Institutional Investment Services survey. The results of the survey are based entirely on the assessments given by institutional investors and the overall score compiled on the basis of these.


The evaluation includes nine equally weighty quality criteria:

In the study, service providers are divided into three groups according to the utilization rate and the scope of the service selection. The Challengers group, in which United Bankers competed, consists of operators with a diverse range of services but a lower utilization rate than the operators in the Large group.
